Astec baghouses help assure efficient and environmentally sound operation of HMA plants. They provide the combustion air for the facility’s burner, and filter the hot gas stream from the drying operation. An automatic damper adjusts the air flow as needed. Filtered, cleaned process air exiting the Astec baghouse meets and exceeds EPA regulations for particle emissions. Baghouses are available in size from 20,000 to 100,000 cubic feet per minute. |
