Astec, Inc. (Astec) of Chattanooga, TN announces the addition of Steven L. Claude as Vice President - International. Claude holds a bachelor of science degree in marketing from the University of Northern Iowa and has broad experience in global and domestic Fortune 500 sales. Before joining Astec, Claude was the Vice President of International Regions for Maytag® corporation. As Vice President of International Regions for Maytag, Claude successfully built one of the most successful divisions in that corporation.
Claude fills the key position vacated by Mike Uchytil upon his retirement earlier this year. He will report to Astec President, Ben Brock. Of Claude, Brock says, "We are very pleased that Steve Claude has agreed to join our team at Astec. International sales is one of the keys we have identified as essential to our long term growth, and Steve brings successful experience to us that we believe will bring great results."
