Manufactured by Astec, the plant is equipped with a 400 ton per hour Double Barrel combination dryer/mixer and highly efficient Phoenix® Talon burner. The plant was applauded for minimizing noise and emissions. Valley Asphalt's dust control efforts, site beautification, and community outreach programs were also recognized by the award committee.

Astec joins NAPA in honoring Valley Asphalt Plant #25 for its environmental conscientiousness and community contributions.
