Mr. Jin brings twenty-eight years of industry experience to his new position. He holds a Bachelor's degree from the Road Machinery Department of Xi'an Highway University and a Master's degree in Industrial Economics from the China Academy of Social Sciences. During his career, Mr. Jin has managed several construction machinery companies. Most recently, he served as Chief Editor of the China Motorway Review.
