Horizontal traverse conveyors route the hot mix asphalt from the drag conveyor into the selected silo. Astec traverse conveyors feature the same tough construction as the drag conveyors and the same two million ton guarantee. Insulated and outfitted with hot oil heating (electric heating is optional), traverse conveyors can be built in configurations to feed up to nine silos. |
